Also known as spinning, is a highly effective cardio and strength workout. In one 45-minute class, you’ll ride a stationary bike to the beat of music. Not only will your lungs be pumping, you'll also work your glutes, calves, quads, hamstrings, and core. Studies show that over time, indoor cycling can decrease body fat and body mass index, and improve overall cardiovascular function.
A circuit training class consisting of exercises just for your legs, bum and tummy. This class is great for people wanting to tone up those specific areas.
The first 30 minutes are spent on a bike upstairs doing a highly effective cardio workout. Not only will your lungs be pumping, you'll also work your glutes, calves, quads, hamstrings, and core. Then you'll come downstairs and do a 30 minute bootcamp style class, staying on the same station for 3 rounds then moving on. This is another class Holly has made up herself.
