Fitness Classes

Total Body Conditioning

45 minute class, based on strength training using a studio barbell set. Dynamic warm up, then a leg round followed by arms and core. Weights start at 2.5kg and go all the way up to 20kg, so suitable for any fitness level.

Dynamic 3

This is Holly's favourite class that she's designed. It is based on 3 main sections; cardio to start, strength in the middle and core at the end. In this class you will work your whole body, and in the strength section you will use a range of weights from kettlebells to small weights. This class is 45 minutes long, and accessible to everyone

HIITSTEP

A 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that uses a step and dynamic bodyweight exercises. It has been designed to improve power, increase strength and burn hundreds of calories. The HIITSTEP workout contains voice over music tracks and pre-designed training sessions allowing instructors to deliver inspirational and motivational workouts.

Purestretch

Purestretch involves stretch routines, core strengthening exercises and relaxation techniques incorporating aspects of Yoga and Pilates - with a bit of fun thrown in!

Kettlecore

30 minute or 45 minute class doing exercises with a kettlebell (arm, legs and full body exercises) alternating with a core exercise. Perfect for people wanting to focus more on core strength. Kettlebells range from 4kg - 30kg.

Indoor Cycling

Often called spinning, indoor cycling is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals and high intensity intervals and involves using a stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel. 


Indoor cycling classes help you shed fat, improve your heart health, and boost your muscle endurance. Your legs will get a serious workout.

At Euphoria Fitness we offer 30 minute and 45 minute classes. Some include an ab round for 15 minutes at the end.

Cardio & Core

30 minute or 45 minute class focusing on working the cardiovascular system alternating with working your core. This class is perfect for people wanting to improve heart health, burn calories and get a great core workout.

Pilates

Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility. Pilates workouts promote strength, balanced muscle development, flexibility, and increased range of motion for the joints.

Bootcamps

Combine strength and cardio exercises for a full-body burn our Bootcamps get your heart pumping, make you sweat, and challenge your muscles for a full hour. Everyone can work at different levels and intensities, making it accessible to everyone. There will be 12 stations, and you will work your way round, then the exercises are changed at 30 minutes. Exercises vary throughout each class, so you could be doing anything from squat jacks to jump squats, to a lunge and press, to ropes.

Power Hour

Very similar to bootcamp, but including more core exercises. Combining strength, core and cardio exercises for a full-body burn. In this class there is 12 stations, 4 cardio, 4 core and 4 strength stations. This class is an hour long, and exercises are changed at the 30 minute point.

Cycle Pump

30 minutes of indoor cycling that help you shed fat, improve your heart health, and boost your muscle endurance. Followed by 30 minutes of strength training using the studio barbell sets. This class in a great all over body workout, working your cardiovascular system and all of your muscles.

Boxercise

Boxercise is an exercise concept based on the training methods used by boxers. Sessions typically involve hitting focus pads but no class involves hitting an opponent. It is a fun, challenging and safe workout which is great for stress busting, accessible to all ages and fitness levels. Boxercise classes are an hour long.
